
A Photography company based in Ikeja is in need of a Customer Service Executive to interact with customers, provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services:
MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face (give presentations) Respond promptly to customer inquiries Follow up on customer interactions Keep records of customer interactions and transactions Maintain a weekly report of activities Relationship management – retainers, projects, etc EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE HND in Marketing or equivalent Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Sound knowledge of computer GOOD COMMUNICATION: oral and written NOT MORE THAN 30yrs DEADLINE: By 5.00pm on Monday 9 August 2010 CVs should be sent to: info@hopeof9ja.comIf you would like to make a comment, please fill out the form below.
