
JOB TITLE: SENIOR MANAGER CONTRACT MANAGEMENT/COMPLIANCES

JOB FUNCTION:
Provides contractual expertise in implementation, execution and administration.
Review contact documents.
Analyse contract requirements, special provisions, Terms and Condition to ensure compliance.
Ability to ensure contract and penalty measures.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
B.A./BSc./HND. in any discipline.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Professional qualification and/or post graduate in Purchasing and Supply/Contract Management will be added advantage.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
3 years relevance in significant technical knowledge and/or in international contracting, strategic partnering, or other highly complex contractual arrangements. Alternatively, at least, 3 years experience in a telecommunications procurement environment.
